These liquid solutions provide your body the necessary nutrients to rebuild, repair & replenish the muscles while providing a consistent source of calories to avoid waking up hungry.

Almond Goodnight
  • 8 ounces of plain Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic cherries
  • Optional: flaxseed


Power Packed Protein Drink
  • Mixed berry's (frozen or fresh)
  • 1tsp psyllium powder
  • 1tsp wheat germ
  • 1tsp Lecithin
  • 1tsp Yeast flakes
  • 1/2 cup Red Quinoa
  • Optional: 1 egg
  • 2 cups filtered water
How to Prepare:
  • Step 1: combine and blend all ingredients into the blender
  • Step 2: add additional ice cold filtered water until consistency is achieved
