  • Honey crisp apple sliced and then dipped in a mixture of organic coconut oil/cacao powder and sprinkled with organic shredded unsweetened coconut.
  • Mix about 1 tablespoon of cacao powder to one table spoon of coconut oil.  Heat the oil (not in the microwave) but stove top to get a chocolate syrup type mixture.  Dip the apple slices in the mixture and let the mixture harden on the apple then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
