Typical negative side effects with high intensity training such as cramping, spasms, and residual muscle soreness are dramatically reduced and even eliminated in most athletes.
When to take Vitargo Muscle Fuel?
- Pre-Hydration Loading: consume three (3) full water bottles (20-24 ounces) per day for the three days leading up to a big competition for optimal glycogen/hydration loading.
- Pre-Workout: one half (1/2) of a 20-22 ounce water bottle should be consumed 15-20 minutes prior to each workout to top off glycogen storages.
