Welcome to the 2-Week Food Challenge. We are excited to get you started on your journey to building a foundation for health, wellness and performance.
Please follow the six easy steps in the attached resource before starting the challenge.
Step 1: Evaluate: We will help provide you with some baseline information that you can compare against after completing the food challenge. After the two-week period, you will begin to add food items back into your diet and evaluate your sensitivities to the food items that you consume – literally a personalized eating plan.
Step 2: Measure: We ask that you capture your body measurements and record them into the attached Body Measurements Spreadsheet. This will be a valuable tool for you to see where your body composition (body fat and muscle) has changed as a result of changing your food intake.
Steps 3-6 will provide an easy outline on what you can and can’t eat during this 2-week period, as well as provide suggestions and tips for staying the course.
