We use this document as an evaluation tool to look at body composition (lean muscle mass to body fat) for health, wellness, and ultimately performance. We cncourage you to use this every six to eight weeks to ensure that both your nutrition and exercise efforts are moving you towards your personal goals and objectives. You will want to capture your full body measurements so that you have a “snap shot” of your current body composition (i.e. Body Fat and Lean Muscle).
